The Oxford Leadership Academy
I have spent a good deal of time over the last 3 years working in my capacity as UK fellow with the Oxford Leadership Academy, one of the world’s top leadership consultancies. The OLA’s leadership programmes and change management consulting help top management in the execution of their plans by aligning people, culture and strategy with a purpose beyond product and profit.
I have been working with the OLA on several projects with large multi nationals, the 2 most significant have been with Akzo Nobel, the world’s largest paint manufacturer and Telefonica o2, the telecoms giant based in Madrid, Spain. My work with both organisations has been in the delivery and facilitation of the OLA’s excellent Leadership programme, Self Managing Leadership. The SML is an intense ‘leadership from the inside out’ programme and in the case of the two aforementioned companies, delivered to their senior Leadership teams.
I am very passionate about this programme. I attended it as a delegate back in 2003 and I knew then that is was both a special and a powerful self development programme.
